Serves: 4 person

Ingredients:

  • 4 piece of boneless skinless chicken breasts.( thinly cut )
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  • 8 ounce non-fat yogurt. ( You can use any type of plain yogurt )
  • check
    1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • check
    1 tbsp garlic powder.
  • check
    ½ tbsp ground dried ginger.
  • check
    1 tbsp cumin.
  • check
    1/3 tbsp salt.
  • check
    1 ½ tbsp paprika.
  • check
    ½ tbsp red chili powder.
  • check
    ½ tbsp. of nutmeg.
  • check
    ½ tbsp of freshly grated ginger.

Direction:

1. At First, coat both side of a chicken breast with olive oil.

2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl for creating marinade.

3. Place the chicken breast into the marinade.

4. Massage the chicken and make sure that all those spices touch every single meat.

5. Store the marinade in the refrigerator for couple of hours.

6. Preheat your favorite G.F grill model for at least 5 minutes. Then, place the chicken breasts on the grill surface and grill for about 8- 10 minutes.

Serves: 4 person

Ingredients:

  • 4 piece of boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning blend.

    ½ tbsp salt

    ¼ tbsp. freshly ground pepper.
  • check
    1 cup tomato sauce.
  • check
    ½ cup shredded mozzarella.

    2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese.

Direction:

1. Before cooking, make sure that you preheat the G.F grill for about 5-10 minutes.

2. In the meantime, mix the Italian seasoning blend, salt, ground pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken breast with olive oil. And then toss the chicken breast with the mix.

3. After that, place the chicken breast on the grilling surface and cook for at least 6-8 minutes per side of chicken breast.

4. Add tomato sauce and mozzarella with each of the chicken piece.

5. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 tbsp of teriyaki sauce.
  • 3-4 piece of skinless chicken thighs.
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Direction:

1. Coat the chicken thighs with the teriyaki sauce and lemon juice.

2. Let the chicken marinated for one hour.

3. Preheat the George foreman grill for at least 10 mins.

4. Put the chicken thighs on to the grill and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.

Pro tips: Set the temp. 400°F for a evolve grill and “Setting 4” for a outdoor grill version.

4: Grilled Chicken Quesadillas in george foreman

Grilled Chicken Quesadillas

Preparation Time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 5 mins

Serves: 3-4 person

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 grilled chicken breast.
  • 1 tbsp of cilantro.
  • 1 large cornmeal tortilla.
  • check
    2 tbsp chopped onions.
  • check
    ½ cup Mexican cheese.
  • check
    ½ cup diced tomatoes.

Direction:

1. Preheat the George foreman grill for about 8-10 mins.

2. Layout the tortilla on a flat surface of a medium size bowl. Place the chicken breast, Mexican cheese, tomatoes, onion and cilantro on the half part of tortilla and cover the mix with other half part of the tortilla.

3.Then put the tortilla on the grilling surface of a George foreman grill and set the temperature 400°F and cook for 5-6 mins.

4. Put off the tortilla from the grill and slice it with a pizza cutter.

5: Grilled Chicken thighs in george foreman

Preparation Time: 2 mins

Cooking Time: 15 mins

Serves: 3-4 Person

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 pieces of chicken thighs.
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey.
  • check
    2 tbsp soy sauce
  • check
    2 piece of onion, chopped
  • check
    2 cloves garlic (minced)

Direction:

1. Mix all the ingredients ( soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic and onion) in a bowl and make Marinade.

2. Place the chicken breast into the marinade.

3. Let marinate in a refrigerator for at least 3-4 hr.

4. Preheat your G.F grill in a high temperature and put the chicken thighs on the grilling surface when it’s ready to grill. You may use Cuisinart Griddler instead of foreman grill.

5. Cook each of the side for at least 8 mins.

6: Margarita Grilled Chicken in george foreman

Preparation Time: 15 mins

Cooking time: 15 mins

Serves: 3-4 person

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 pieces of boneless and skinless chicken breast.
  • check
    2 cup margarita mix.

Direction:

1. At first pour the margarita mix into a resalable bag. Then add the chicken breasts with the margarita mix.

2. Let the mix marinate for 4 hours or more.

3. Preheat the G.F grill for about 8-10 minutes. If you’re using a G.F indoor grill, than set the temperature range 450°F or select “medium-high” heat for an outdoor version.

4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill the chicken piece for at least 5-6 minutes per side.

Ingredients:

  • 8 pieces of boneless and skinless chicken breast or chicken thighs.

    Freshly ground black pepper.

    1 tbsp salt.
  • check
    2 cup BBQ sauce.

For making BBQ Sauce:

  • 1 finely chopped onion.
  • check
    1 cup ketchup.
  • check
    2 tbsp chopped scallions.
  • check
    1 ½ tbsp. freshly grated lime zest.
  • check
    1 ½ tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • check
    2 tbsp honey.
  • check
    1 tbsp steak sauce or hot sauce.
  • check
    1 ½ cup white vinegar.
  • check
    ¼ tbsp. freshly ground black pepper.

Direction:

Preparation of BBQ sauce:

1. In a small size bowl, mix all the ingredients ( ketchup, honey, vinegar, hot sauce, black pepper and onion).

2. Add the lime zest & juice and stir the mix.

Preparation of the main recipe:

1. In a medium size bowl, mix the chicken with salt and black pepper.

2. Put the chicken pieces on the grill surface and grill each side for at least 10 mins. ( Set the temp. 450 °F for indoor version and select "High" temp setting for a outdoor version.)

3. Transfer the chicken pieces in a serving plate and serve with the BBQ sauce.

You may use a Hamilton Beach Searing Grill, which also equipped with adjustable temp. control and high heating capability.

8: Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken with Pineapple

Preparation Time: 15 mins

Serves: 4 person

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 3 limes.
  • check
    1/3 cup virgin olive oil.
  • check
    1 tbsp kosher salt.
  • check
    2 cup chopped pineapple.
  • check
    A piece of avocado, diced
  • check
    2 tbsp of honey.
  • check
    1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
  • check
    1/3 red onion.
  • check
    4/5 pieces of chicken breasts.

Direction:

1. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, honey and salt together to make Marinade.

2. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour over the Marinade. Let marinate for 4 hours at least.

3. Turn on your George Foreman grill and select “High” temperature setting. Add the chicken breasts onto the grill surface and grill each side for 6-8 minutes.

4. Stir together avocado, pineapple and red onion for making salsa. Add salt and pepper into it.

5. Spoon salsa over the chicken breasts and serve.

9: Grilled Italian Chicken

Preparation Time: 15 mins

Serves: 4 person

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Italian Dressings.
  • check
    4 pieces of boneless chicken breasts.

Direction:

1. Pour the Italian dressings in a large freezer zip lock baggie.

2. Place the chicken breasts in the baggie filled with dressings and close the zip lock bag.

3. Let marinade for overnight or at least 4 hours.

4. Take the chicken breasts out of the bag.

5. Preheat a George foreman grill to 375° F and grill the chicken for 8 minutes. ( Be sure to grill both side.)

6. Serve & enjoy!

10: A Perfect Chicken Burger in a Foreman Grill

Preparation Time: 20 mins

Serves: 4 person

Ingredients:

  • 4 hamburger buns.
  • check
    1 lb ground chicken breasts.
  • check
    1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • check
    green onion chopped (2 piece)
  • check
    2 tbsp of tamari or soy sauce.
  • check
    1 egg white.
  • check
    Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • check
    4 slices cheese (optional)

Direction:

1. Mix all the ingredients (without salt, black pepper and cheese) in a medium size bowl. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour. 

2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. ( something like, shape of a patties.)

3. Season both side of the burgers with Kosher salt and black pepper.

4. Preheat the George foreman grill.( For an evolve grill, set the temp. to 375° F and for outdoor version, select "Setting 4")

5. Place the burgers in the grilling surface and cook for 5 minutes.( 2 minutes for each side.)

6. You can add the cheese at the top of the burger during the last minutes of grilling.

7. Sandwich the burgers inside the buns and serve immediately.
